Meet the staff

Robert P. Pierce, President & CEO
Bob has been licensed and self-employed since 1984. His extensive resume includes multi unit apartments, condominiums, townhouses, medical and dental offices, car washes and commercial tenant improvements. Bob is the licensee for Ultra Construction & Development, Inc. as a general contractor.

Harriet I. Pierce, Secretary & CFO
Harriet manages the office and organizes all contracts and jobs. Prior to working with Ultra Construction & Development, Inc., she has 27 years experience in banking operations and management.

James D. Pierce, Superintendent
Jim has more than 30 years experience in construction management. He has both “A” general engineering contractor license and “B” general building contractor license along with “HAZ” hazardous substance removal certificate. Jim assists with architectural drawings and supervises over several of Ultra Construction jobs.

Randall C. Pierce, Superintendent
Randy joined the Team in 2004 and works with Bob in bidding and supervising various jobs. He is in the process of getting a degree in Construction Management to assist in the larger construction jobs.

Ryan K. Pierce
Ryan joined Ultra as a full time employee in 2005. He is in the process of completing his degree in Construction Management. Ryan provides added strength to the company with his knowledge and creativity.
